Meeting with Pele:

Hawaii is a young land, ever-evolving, moving, flowing and streaming with Earth’s expressions; yet carrying an ancient tradition of the healing arts, still vibrating in the air of Pele’s breath. There is a forceful duality felt in ones being that is presented here. The first day on the Big Island (after my arrival on July 21. 2005) there was a full Moon and I was introduced to Pele. On my drive along the ocean coast from Kona to Hilo, I couldn’t resist the fruit stands full of colorful, exotic vegetable and fruit. The first conversation I had immediately awakened my curiosity when I was told, “You are going to be accepted or rejected by Pele.”

When I was checking in at the hotel in Hilo, I asked a young man at the reception. “Who is Pele?” With a smile he handed me a book, which was given to him the same day by friend. It read: Pele-Goddess of Hawaii's Volcanoes. Now, few weeks later and after many encounters of personal challenges, I can confess that there is an amazing creative/destructive feeling of living expression. It is manifested in volcanic eruptions with its lava flow, or in our human destructive thought, words, and action patterns? Can they be balanced by the creation of a new land to be inhabited by truth, beauty and goodness loving humanity? The air of the Big Island is light with childlike wonder under the sky; open to the moving clouds that shower incessantly from the sky above on the receptive land and its people…

“Ho’ ola ke kino”
Heal the body in Puna, Hawaii 2006

Self-Healing arts sessions.
The Universal energy described in different traditions as Mana, Prana or Chi is the life principle of all living things and the core of the healing arts. These traditions have finally been accepted by the science of the 21st century and named Bio-Energy. The ancient seers intuitively perceived the workings of the universe and man’s place within the cosmic plan and its’ ever evolving spectrum of the expression of the life stream. Through much experimentation they developed a system of conscious activation and cultivation of this life principle, which is sustaining our bio-physiological life functions. I will be presenting to you several ways of developing this multidimensional consciousness of the body/mind energy unit, based on my extensive experience as a practitioner and teacher of the healing arts.
