Group sessions/classes
OSHO ACTIVE/SILENT MEDITATIONS: This guided process
helps us to consciously release and transform accumulated
stress and tension (energy blockages) through an active part
of: breath awareness, sound and movement, which is followed
by inactive silent sitting, laying down and relaxing. It is
an innovative, playful method that helps create
self-awareness. It is scientifically designed to enable us
to consciously express and experience repressed feelings and
emotions. This allows us to learn the knack of watching our
habitual patterns in a new way.
THERAPEUTIC YOGA: Yoga recognizes each human being,
as an "Organic Unity" comprised of their own physical,
emotional, mental and spiritual aspects. It teaches specific
ways to release stress and tension that are accumulated in
your life, as well as balance and maximize all you
do--whether it is sports, meditation, or dealing with the
world around you. You will learn to listen to your body and
develop the "witness attitude". That will allow you to
better respond to and prevent problems, and eventually
creates an optimal condition within the body for prevention
of psychosomatic diseases and healing yourself from within.
In this class we will acknowledge the specific need of
each participant, within the supportive group environment.
YOGA: Science of the Soul. The essence is to attain
self-knowledge; develop an awareness of feelings and
self-control; to discipline the mind and cultivate
self-reliance on the physical, emotional and mental levels.
Yoga does not require belief. It is an inner, personal
experience. Yoga leads to a higher level of internal order,
a feeling of harmony.
In the class you will experience:
• Exercise and stretching (Yoga asanas)
• Progressive relaxation and visualization
• Positive thinking and meditation techniques
• Self healing breathing methods( Pranayam)
YOGA is one of the oldest physio-psycho-spiritual
integral systems.
CHI-GUNG is the ancient Chinese art of meditation and
physical exercise to promote health, mental well being,
martial arts skills and spiritual development. We will
experience
the external Chi-Gung through practice of the “Flying Crane”
form. We will also explore the internal Chi-Gung by
development of awareness of our breathing and focus on
conscious circulation of the Chi-within our Bio-Energy body
system.
